{"id":54232,"date":"2026-08-02T13:58:15","date_gmt":"2026-08-02T13:58:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bupu.pawelkawalec.com\/?page_id=54232"},"modified":"2026-08-21T18:40:55","modified_gmt":"2026-08-21T16:40:55","slug":"czas-i-koszt-dostawy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/bupu.pl\/en\/shipping","title":{"rendered":"Delivery Time and Cost"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery Time and Cost<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sposoby-dostawy\">Delivery Methods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders within Poland are delivered using one of three methods, selected at checkout in the order summary:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Courier delivery<\/strong> - 20 z\u0142, delivery to a specified address (standard and oversized parcels),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>InPost Parcel Lockers<\/strong> - 18 z\u0142, collection from a selected parcel locker (available for smaller-format works),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Personal pickup<\/strong> - free, in Chrz\u0105stawa Ma\u0142a (address provided after placing the order).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders outside Poland are shipped by DPD courier - the cost depends on the destination country and is shown in the order summary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your entire order is sent in a single shipment - you only pay one delivery fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> due to the dimensions of some works (large stretched-canvas paintings), parcel-locker delivery may be unavailable. In that case, courier delivery or personal pickup will be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"koszty-dostawy\">Delivery Costs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery within Poland<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Courier delivery - 20 z\u0142,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>InPost Parcel Lockers - 18 z\u0142,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal pickup - 0 z\u0142.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Free courier delivery on orders over PLN 300.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery outside Poland<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DPD courier delivery costs depend on the destination country and are shown in the order summary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Free international delivery on orders over PLN 400.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"czas-realizacji\">Delivery Time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Standard orders (items in stock)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Poland:<\/strong> 5-7 business days (from payment confirmation to delivery).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Abroad:<\/strong> 7-14 business days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Custom orders (commissioned works)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The lead time for commissioned works is agreed individually and communicated before the order is placed. It usually ranges from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the technique and format. You will be notified of the estimated completion date by e-mail once the order is confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bank Transfer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For traditional bank transfers, the lead time is counted from the day the payment is credited to the Shop's account (usually 1-2 business days after the transfer is made).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"pakowanie\">Packaging<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every artwork is carefully packed to ensure safe transit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the painted surface is covered with protective film,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>corners are shielded with cardboard protectors,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>everything is placed in a rigid, reinforced cardboard box,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>paintings with glass are additionally secured with protective tape on the pane.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"odbior-przesylki\">Receiving your parcel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When your parcel arrives, please check the condition of the packaging.
