Your entire order is sent in a single shipment \u2014 you only pay one delivery fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> Due to the dimensions of some works (large stretched-canvas paintings), parcel-locker delivery may be unavailable. In that case the only option will be courier shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery Costs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery within Poland<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery cost depends on the chosen shipping method and the size of the order. Detailed costs are displayed in the order summary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Free delivery on orders over PLN 300.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery outside Poland<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Costs and available delivery methods depend on the destination country. Full details are displayed in the order summary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Free international delivery on orders over PLN 400.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery Time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Standard orders (items in stock)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Poland:<\/strong> 5\u20137 business days (from payment confirmation to delivery).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Abroad:<\/strong> 7\u201314 business days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Custom orders (commissioned works)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The lead time for commissioned works is agreed individually and communicated before the order is placed. It usually ranges from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the technique and format. You will be notified of the estimated completion date by e-mail once the order is confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bank Transfer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For traditional bank transfers, the lead time is counted from the day the payment is credited to the Shop's account (usually 1\u20132 business days after the transfer is made).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Packaging<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every artwork is carefully packed to ensure safe transit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the painted surface is covered with protective film,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>corners are shielded with cardboard protectors,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>everything is placed in a rigid, reinforced cardboard box,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>paintings with glass are additionally secured with protective tape on the pane.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Receiving your parcel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When your parcel arrives, please check the condition of the packaging.
