Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available in the BUPU shop:

Przelewy24 - fast online transfer

The quickest way to pay for your order. After placing your order you will be redirected to the Przelewy24 operator's page, where you can choose:

online transfer - a fast transfer from your bank (pay-by-link),
credit / debit card - Visa, Mastercard.

Your order is forwarded for processing immediately after Przelewy24 confirms the payment. The payment operator is PayPro S.A. (Przelewy24), registered in Poznań (ul. Kanclerska 15, 60-327 Poznań), entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000347935. Personal data required to process the transaction are shared with Przelewy24 in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Shop.

BLIK

Payment with a code from your banking app - you'll find the BLIK code in your bank's app. Processed via Przelewy24, payment is confirmed instantly.

Payment card, Apple Pay, Google Pay

Payment directly on the Shop's website, without redirection - by Visa/Mastercard card or via Apple Pay or Google Pay. The operator of this payment is Stripe. Your order is forwarded for processing immediately after the payment is confirmed.

PayPal

Payment via the international PayPal service. After placing your order, simply log in to your PayPal account and approve the payment. Your order is forwarded for processing once PayPal confirms the payment.

Bank Transfer

Traditional bank transfer - your order will be processed after the payment is credited to the Shop's account (usually 1-2 business days).

Please include your order number in the transfer title (you will receive it in the confirmation e-mail). If payment is not credited within 7 days of placing the order, the order may be cancelled.

Payment security

All online payments (Przelewy24, Stripe, PayPal) are processed over an encrypted connection. The Shop does not store credit-card data - it is handled exclusively by the payment operators.

Currency

All prices in the Shop are quoted in Polish zlotys (PLN) and include VAT. For PayPal payments from an account in another currency, conversion is made at the rate applied by PayPal.

VAT Invoice

If you need a VAT invoice, tick the relevant option in the order form and provide your company details including the tax identification number (NIP). The invoice will be issued electronically and sent to the e-mail address given in the order.
