Delivery Time and Cost
Delivery Methods
Orders are shipped via the following carriers:
- DPD Courier — delivery to a specified address (standard and oversized parcels),
- InPost Parcel Lockers — collection from a selected parcel locker (available for smaller-format works).
The delivery method and exact costs are displayed in the order summary. Your entire order is sent in a single shipment — you only pay one delivery fee.
Note: Due to the dimensions of some works (large stretched-canvas paintings), parcel-locker delivery may be unavailable. In that case the only option will be courier shipping.
Delivery Costs
Delivery within Poland
Delivery cost depends on the chosen shipping method and the size of the order. Detailed costs are displayed in the order summary.
Free delivery on orders over PLN 300.
Delivery outside Poland
Costs and available delivery methods depend on the destination country. Full details are displayed in the order summary.
Free international delivery on orders over PLN 400.
Delivery Time
Standard orders (items in stock)
- Poland: 5–7 business days (from payment confirmation to delivery).
- Abroad: 7–14 business days.
Custom orders (commissioned works)
The lead time for commissioned works is agreed individually and communicated before the order is placed. It usually ranges from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the technique and format. You will be notified of the estimated completion date by e-mail once the order is confirmed.
Bank Transfer
For traditional bank transfers, the lead time is counted from the day the payment is credited to the Shop's account (usually 1–2 business days after the transfer is made).
Packaging
Every artwork is carefully packed to ensure safe transit:
- the painted surface is covered with protective film,
- corners are shielded with cardboard protectors,
- everything is placed in a rigid, reinforced cardboard box,
- paintings with glass are additionally secured with protective tape on the pane.
Receiving your parcel
When your parcel arrives, please check the condition of the packaging. If the packaging is damaged or shows signs of tampering:
- Draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier.
- Take photographs of the damaged packaging.
- Contact the Shop: bupu@bupu.pl.
Transit damage is treated as a complaint — details can be found on the Returns and Complaints.
Shipment tracking
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery status on the carrier's website (DPD or InPost).
